Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and products that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
